Heya lovely! Name's Chiara (key-are-rah)! I'm a professional musician and singing teaching living on Awabakal land (Newcastle, NSW).

Not only am I a singing teacher, but I'm also a keys player (better yet, keytar), proud nerd and, unapologetic raccoon enthusiast.

I've been a professional gigging musician for over 10 years, singing at weddings, in bands, duos, and more pub gigs than I can count (I've probably sung Valerie at least 500 times).

I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming space for every voice — proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly, neurodivergent-friendly, and open to anyone who wants to explore the magic of singing. Everyone’s quirks and individuality are celebrated here. 🌈🎶

About Me 🌈✨

I studied Music and Italian Studies at the University of Sydney, which means I can help you hit your vocal goals and order gelato in perfect Italian.

My goal is to help singers find their unique voice in a fun, relaxed, and encouraging environment. No person is the same, and therefore my approach is tailored to suit you - no cookie-cutter teaching here.

Oh, and I love Lady Gaga - but I'm equally obsessed with classic rock legends like Guns 'n' Roses, pop sensations like Sabrina Carpenter, and even heavier vibes from Bring Me The Horizon.

I’m all about the weird and wonderful vocal warm-ups (because let’s be real — endless scales can get a little snoozy… unless you’re into them, then let’s get funky with it 🎶).

My focus? Confidence, expressive performance, healthy technique, and making sure singing feels as good as it sounds.

I’ve had the joy of working with students of all ages — both young people and adults — who are neurodivergent, on HRT, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those moving through all the unique changes that come with different voices and stages of life. Every voice is welcome here, exactly as it is. 🌈✨

Oh, and I love dogs. No reason. Just pure vibes. 🐾
